Full Time Student Application and Enrollment Steps
Step 1: Inquire with Admissions
Step 2: Videoconference or Phone Meeting with HOS, if requested (not required)
Step 3: Online Application Submitted via PowerSchool
- $100 nonrefundable Application Fee processed
Please be prepared to upload the following documents to the Online Application:
- Birth Certificate
- Most Recent Report Cards (1-2 years) and/or High School Course Transcript
- Most Recent Standardized Test Results
If submitting transcripts from a school outside of the United States, additional instructions and fees are required. Please contact Admissions for details at 954-803-1230 or admissionsteam@xceedanywhere.com
Step 4: Admissions Notification
Step 5: Online Enrollment Completed via PowerSchool
Step 6: Family receives email with instructions to create FACTS Tuition Management System Account
- Create FACTS Account
- Submit $500 nonrefundable Enrollment Deposit
Step 7: Personalized Learning Plan Meeting with Head of School via Videoconference
Step 8: Student completes Orientation Course
Step 9: Ready to Start Classes

Begin the application process by filling out the online application.

- Full Payment Processed:
- Middle School: $695 per course, per semester (no additional fees)
- High School: $695 per .5 credit (no additional fees)
Step 2: Admissions Call/Email to confirm application received
Step 3: Student completes Orientation Course
Step 4: Ready to Start Classes
